As our Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in amplifying The Zenith Cohorts Scholar Foundation’s mission across digital platforms. You’ll craft compelling narratives that inspire potential scholars, engage partners, and build a community around educational equity.

This is an opportunity to use your creativity and strategic thinking to create meaningful impact while developing your skills in social impact storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook
  • Create engaging content (graphics, captions, stories) that aligns with our brand voice and mission
  • Monitor and respond to community engagement across all platforms
  • Track analytics and provide monthly reports on growth and engagement metrics
  • Identify partnership and collaboration opportunities with aligned organizations
  • Stay updated on social media trends and best practices for non-profit storytelling

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts (personal, professional, or organizational)
  • Strong writing and visual storytelling skills
  • Proficiency with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
  • Understanding of social media analytics and growth strategies
  • Passion for education, youth empowerment, and social impact
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
