Olusegun Tinubu is a seasoned data engineering professional with over a decade of experience designing and delivering data driven solutions across complex organizational environments. He has also spent several years working with one of the world’s leading consulting firms, where he supported large-scale analytics initiatives and helped organizations make better decisions through the strategic use of data.
Beyond his professional career, Olusegun is deeply passionate about Nigeria’s future and firmly believes that education remains the most powerful pathway for moving families from poverty to prosperity. This conviction is a major driving force behind his founding of this foundation, where he is committed to expanding access to opportunity for young people at critical stages in their academic journeys.
Outside of work and service, Olusegun is a voracious reader, an occasional writer who shares reflections on African Literature, and a devoted football enthusiast.
Dayo Falokun is the Founder and CEO of Dayspring Resource Center, a learning organization dedicated to helping individuals and organizations unlock their full potential through leadership development, strategic knowledge management, and transformative learning.
With over a decade of professional experience spanning Africa and North America, Dayo is a certified Knowledge Management and Learning (KML) practitioner and Project Manager. He specializes in designing and delivering context-specific learning and capacity-building programs across the healthcare, education, financial services, and international development sectors.
He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and is a recipient of the prestigious Beta Gamma Sigma International Award, which recognizes the top 10% of business students worldwide for academic excellence.
Dayo is also the author of three books: Unlocking Your Global Relevance, Maximizing Your Youth, and The Seed Principle.
HKB is an experienced Audit Manager and audit leader with a strong background in financial oversight, governance, and risk management. He currently leads internal audit engagements within one of West Africa’s leading construction companies, where he works closely with board and senior leadership to strengthen internal controls, improve operational accountability, and support sound financial management.
Over the years, he has developed deep expertise in financial reporting oversight, budgeting processes, compliance monitoring, and organisational risk assessment. His work focuses on helping institutions build reliable control systems, maintain transparency in the use of funds, and operate in line with established regulatory and governance expectations.
HKB is known for his analytical approach and practical perspective on governance, risk, controls and financial stewardship. He brings a disciplined yet collaborative mindset, ensuring that financial resources are managed responsibly while supporting the long term sustainability and credibility of the organisations he serves.
